  • Shipping and Returns
  • If you purchase any products via this website, you must agree to Dundies’s Shipping and Returns Policy. 
  • Pricing
      1. All prices are in Australian dollars and is inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change without notice. 
      2. The order amount must be paid in full at the time of submitting the order via the Dundies website. Payments are accepted on Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal and Afterpay. 

  • Orders
      1. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Dundies Pty Ltd reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may be applicable to orders placed by the same account or the same credit card, and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We will provide notification to the customer should such limits be applied.
      2. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.

  • Shipping
      1. All orders are dispatched within 5 business days of funds being received. We always have a large range of nappies in stock ready for immediate dispatch however some nappies are made to order, so please contact us if you need a rush on your order. We are more than happy to accommodate.
      2. Free Shipping is available Australia wide on orders over $250.00. A flat rate of $10.00 is applicable for standard orders and $15.00 for express. 
      3. International shipping starts at AUD $20.00 for standard and options are available at checkout.
      4. Dundies does not take responsibility for delivery delays due to customs, third party services or unforeseen stoppages in postal services. We recommend contacting the postal service with your tracking number directly for the fastest reply.
        1. Orders within Australia are expected to take 1-2 business days (express) and 5 business days (standard).
        2. Orders to New Zealand are expected to take 5 business days.
        3. Orders to USA are expected to take 7 business days.
        4. Orders to Canada are expected to take 6+ business days.
        5. Orders to UK are expected to take 6+ business days.
        6. Orders to Europe are expected to take 6-10 business days.
      5. Wholesale customers have the option of using their own freight forwarding company or Dundies can arrange the freight with applicable charges.
      6. It is the customers responsibility to select the Free Shipping checkbox at the checkout if the minimum spend is reached.
      7. It is the customers responsibility to ensure their delivery details and product order are correct upon checkout.
      8. If a delivery is “Returned to Sender” due to the customer providing an incorrect delivery address or failure to collect the parcel from a designated post office or outlet due to a card being left at the delivery address, the order will incur a “Return to Sender” fee and we cannot refund original shipping charges.
      9. Some countries may charge an entry tax for you to accept your product, this is the recipient's responsibility and Dundies are not held responsible for these costs.

  • Returns
      1. In accordance withACCC consumer rights, Dundies will meet all consumer rights guarantees and provide a repair, replacement or refund under the Australian Consumer Law. Dundies do not accept returns and refunds for change of mind. In exceptional circumstances, please contact us to discuss your requirements. 
      2. All exchanges must:
        1. Be submitted through theDundies Exchange Centre 
        2. Include a completed Returns Form - this is located on the back of the tri fold brochure you received with your order.   
        3. Be in original condition (no marks/stains/rips/smells/fur) unwashed and unused.
        4. Items returned need to be in original packaging - including having all tags and inside the mesh laundry bags they are sent in. 
        5. Please check nappies carefully for discharge, blood or urine before returning them. We cannot exchange or refund nappies with bodily fluids for hygiene reasons. 
        6. Refunds cannot be approved for nappies that have been used or custom sized nappies.
        7.  30 day exchange window 
      3. FAULTY GOODS - We will always offer to replace faulty goods at no expense to you, the customer. We will honour a refund less a 15% restocking fee on the price paid for the product if your Dundies order is faulty and you wish to not exchange your items or opt for store credit. If your Dundies are faulty, we will cover the cost of return freight and replacement. Returns for faulty goods need to be processed within 30 days of you receiving your order. 
      4. Exchanges for Incorrect Size:
        1. Please complete the form in theDundies Exchange Centre.  When we receive your returned nappy in original condition, we issue a store credit. We do this in order to correctly manage our stock levels. You will then be able to use this store credit to purchase a new nappy in the correct size. If you are unsure on what size nappy you require, please head to theSize Support Centre
      5. Received the Wrong Items:
        1. We are all human and sometimes we can accidentally put the wrong items into your parcel. We’re sorry! Please contact us at theDundies Exchange Centre to discuss the returns process before returning to us. We will happily cover all shipping costs if we made a mistake.

  • Security
      1. Dundies’s credit card transactions are fulfilled by a banking institution authorised under the laws applicable to this website. When collecting credit card information for online purchases, Dundies offers secured server transactions that encrypt your information in transit to prevent others from accessing it. All information is stored on a secure server. Your credit card details are encrypted and then removed from our system once your order has been dispatched.
      2. Although Dundies engages all reasonable efforts to safeguard the security of your information, transmissions made on or through the internet cannot be guaranteed to be entirely secure. Please contact your financial institution immediately if you become aware of unauthorised use of your account.
      3. You will need to register to use certain parts of this website. When registering, you will be required to nominate a username and password. You must keep this username and password safe and must not disclose this information to any third party. If you become aware of unauthorised use of your account, please notify us immediately.
